You are invited into a magical world with trees, roots and puppets, as the main actors in a musical dramatic fantasy about connection and community. The play’s main character (a doll) is a success-driven neuroscientist who, in the middle of an ambitious project about the connection between climate change and human stress, himself collapses and is admitted to a psychiatric hospital. In the face of the breakdown, the researcher reaches new realizations that break down barriers around the resulting numbness, and sends her on a journey that dissolves time and place, leading us into a prehistoric forest.
